The ACE annual conference 2017 will be held on the 14th July at Kings Langley School. ACE is pleased to announce that keynote speakers this year will be: Nicky Morgan MP, Sir Anthony Seldon and Sophie Brooks (Marks and Spencer).
The importance of character education to individual and societial flourishing continues to capture the public imagination and influence national and political agendas. In a world of rapid change, bewildering developments and perplexing challenges, the question of what is truly important and enduring becomes evermore pressing. In what is sure to be a very exciting and stimulating conference, our keynote speakers, from the arenas of politics, education and big business, bring a unique perspective on why character education continues to matter now and in the future.
There will be a wide range of stimulating workshops focusing on character education in and outside the school classroom; with staff and parents; and using creative approaches to explore and educate. There is something to cater for everyone's area of interest and also to expand awareness of approaches that may be less familiar.
This year's conference builds on the success of our inaugral conference and seeks to deepen knowledge and understanding of how character can be taught in stimulating and inspiring ways in an everchanging world.
